The moment you've all been waiting for

Okay. Probably not. But it's a pretty momentous occasion, all the same.

The reason I haven't been blogging as much recently is that I've been kind of sick. A lot. All day every day for the last couple of months. And I'll probably be sick for a while longer. Because baby number four is headed our way.

I get really sick when I'm pregnant. So far, I haven't thrown up every day like I did last time, but I have lost tons of weight. And it saps my energy. Between my other kids and housework and regular work and everything else, I'm pretty exhausted by the end of the day.

I'm trying to stay at least semi-active in blogging. And there are some really cool things coming up, like the LDS Writers' Blogfest. (If you are interested, drop me a line.) So, I'll still be around. Just kind of taking it easier.

What's new in your neck of the writerly woods?

What's with all the babies Kayleen. I'm about to pop number 4 too. At least having found out you're also having is making me feel a tad bit better. I was worried I'm over populating the world. I.ve doubled the two point whatever kids per household mark 
I'm grateful that this little angels was so well behaved. I didn't even know she was there for 10 weeks. The last two pregnancies before her were a nightmare.
Enough babbling. I hope you get overnto yikeee period soon so you can start enjoying it. 

Congrats, Kayeleen! That's awesome! We have four and felt it was easier to make the transition to four than to three, so maybe it won't be too hard for you either.

Babies are always a blessing, even if you feel sick the whole time, but I hope you find some ways to feel better! Good luck!

Congratulations! I'm pregnant with #4 too, so I totally know where you're coming from. By the way, we're starting up a new feature at Mormon Mommy Writers this week- it's called Manuscript in Motion Mondays. Every Monday we're hosting a blog party where you can link up and share your writing accomplishments for the week. We'd love to have you join us- I'm always delighted to read your blog! :-) Once you start feeling a little bit better it might help you get motivated to write some more.

Congratulations! I feel for your sickness though. I got horribly nauseous last week due to sitting in the back of a van for an hour and smelling an old woman's noxious perfume. I thought, "Oh, now I remember what it's like to be pregnant." My sympathies, though the outcome is worth it!

RUMP is now in copy-edits and now I'm working on book #2!

Yay! Congrats on the pregnancy! My golly, so many people I know are pregnant. What's in the water, eh? Hehehehe! Seriously, it's like a baby explosion is happening. In my community alone, there are about 20 women who had just given birth or are pregnant, including myself.

Sorry about the morning sickness. I was sick too, for the first 4 months, though I didn't throw up all the time (only about 3 weeks straight and afterwards, just the general queasiness and the super sensitive nose). I'm now almost 18 weeks, so some of the energy has come back though I'm still napping almost every day. I also didn't blog very much--it was just impossible! So I totally understand what you're going through. This is baby #3 for me.

Good luck with your pregnancy! <3

Congratulations! :)

I'm sorry to hear you're sick--I hope you feel better soon.

Nothing much is new . . . I'm working on a plot outline and trying to figure out how to rewrite my first novel, as I have been for the past month.
